In May, 2000, Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty provided the necessary foundation for me to establish myself as an effective Real Estate Agent. As a single agent, I enjoyed immediate success as Charlotte County flourished. In less than one year, I exceeded one million dollars in sales and was involved in the listing, selling and associated administrative tasks needed to get the job done. In November of 2001, I was recognized as being a multi-million dollar producer and understood that if I wanted to maintain the desired level of service with the increasing business level, it was necessary to establish a "TEAM" within the Coldwell Banker organization. The team placed in the top 10 of Coldwell Banker´s Florida offices multiple times, we have ranked in the top 25 for the Southern Region  (consists of 850 offices and 18,000 Sales Associates) as well as placing in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker International for 5 years. The basis for our success is reflected in our motto "Our Clients are our Business".   While our sales efforts in 2005 exceeded $39,000,000.00, we know that the measure of success in the real estate business is simply not how much an agent sells, but rather what type of over-all service is provided.  If we are to be here for the long haul, attention to customer service must be an integral part of the equation.  In April 2008 Coldwell Banker was closing our office and we proceeded to opening Becky Borci Realty, LLC.   Becky Borci, Broker/Owner, SRES, e-Pro LISTINGS, MARKETING & MANAGING       I was born in Cheswick, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh. In 1978, I was recruited by the CIA, moved and lived in the Washington, DC area for 7 years, continuing my education at NVCC. I relocated to Massachusetts in 1985 where I held the position of Program Manager for Banyan Systems, a leader in computer networking. My husband Joe and I moved to Port Charlotte in 1996 when we relocated his national recruiting company.  I joined in his efforts and together we continued to grow that business.   I entered the real estate business in 2000 as a single agent, later formed my team, then in June 2007, achieved my Florida Broker's license and in September 2007 my e-Pro designation.  I started Becky Borci Realty in April 2008 and I am very proud of our office and its continuing accomplishments.  You can rely on my many years of customer support and business experience to deliver the best service to both sellers and buyers.  I set the highest standards to help you during every step of the real estate process.
